The residential complex comprises twenty-one private villas and garden apartments located just outside the quaint village of Chnaniir on the western side of Mount Lebanon.
The project consists of twenty-one private villas and garden apartments situated just outside the small village of Chnaniir on the west side of Mount Lebanon. Positioned on a steep hillside, the site offers stunning views of the Bay of Jounieh. Its dramatic topography not only sets it apart but also provides a unique level of privacy, thanks to the neighboring green reserve and surrounding green parcels.
There will be three prototypes offered, each featuring a main villa spanning 250 square meters, with an additional 150 square meters for the garden floor below. These prototypes will be arranged adjacent to each other, forming seven blocs above basement parking. This design creates podiums at the base, ensuring the overall volumes of the blocks blend seamlessly with the site's contours and aiding accessibility from the internal private road.
